This charity golf day is in aid of Swaffham & District Mental Health Association. The charity supports older people with mental health problems including dementia and social isolation.
Registration 10am onwards. Shotgun Start at 11am
Refreshments available before the start. A meal of cottage pie with seasonal vegetables is provided.
